In this letter, Michael at 44 talks to Michael at 22 about sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll, money, politics, patriotism, freedom, fatherhood, smoking, drinking, guns, country and libertarianism.

   This was a truly amazing episode… I really enjoyed listening to Michael read from his new book. Hearing his words in his voice, just makes them resonate that much more. I can’t wait to hear the rest of the book in audio form. I’m sure it won’t be long…. as the Nestlandia Think Tank always seems to finish things way ahead of the planned schedule.

   Glad you liked it. Several people said they did, that’s encouraging. It’s kind of hard for me to really “hear” a project when I’m “in it”, i.e. when I’m involved in the minutia of creating and editing it.

   I finally got a chance to listen myself. It was cool, inspiring actually, I almost want to write a letter to myself at age 18 after hearing that, and I just might. The thing that’s so ironic, is that a lot of the things you were saying, I could be saying as well in a letter to a younger me. You did everything “bigger” than I did, but a lot of it still rang true. I can’t wait to check out the rest of the book.
